Let’s talk about the easiest way to track your 21 day fix portion containers for a minute…
As I was doing the 21 Day Fix, the thing I was having the hardest time with was tracking which containers I have already eaten. I was writing it down, but I was getting annoyed with having to go find the notebook every time I ate something.
Then I tried an app, but that got annoying real fast as well. I just hate having to have my phone on me every time I eat to mark off my containers. That’s difficult when you’re at work or have a toddler that always wants to touch your phone.
21 Day Fix Tracking
I needed something that would be easy and always on hand… literally. So I found these jelly bracelets in the exact same colors as the containers and started wearing them. I am in the lower calorie bracket so I wear 4 reds, 2 purples, 3 greens, 2 yellows, 1 blue, and 1 orange.
& (I’m sure you can also find these at a party supply store or something similar. I haven’t looked, though.)
Then as I eat from the containers, I move those colors from one arm…
…to the other.
It doesn’t get much easier than that, does it?!
By the way, if you are not doing the 21 Day Fix you can still use this to track your portions. You can just designate a color to whatever you want. Or if you’re tracking water intake, macros/micros, etc. This can work for many things!
