Ingredients

  • 1 bag pork rinds
  • taco seasoning to taste
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning

  2. Drain ground beef and top with cheddar cheese while hot. Let cheese melt on ground beef.

  3. Spread pork rinds out on a dish.

  4. Layer pork rinds with ground beef and remaining ingredients.
