Keto Curry Spiced Wings

Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings (2lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with all of the other ingredients and spices. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. Place the spice coated chicken wings on a rack on a baking sheet, and bake for 40 minutes or until the wings are completely cooked through. Remove the wings halfway through cooking, flip them over, and continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes.

  4. Serve the wings with freshly chopped green onions for garnish if desired.
