Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber peeled and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the Greek yogurt and grated cucumber into a mixing bowl. 

  2. Then add in the minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

  3. Mix everything together until it is well blended and has a smooth consistency.

  4. Taste test to adjust if more salt or pepper needs to be added for desired flavor.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so that flavors can fully combine and develop.
