In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the lamb.
Add the lamb to the mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the meat into either 8 or 16 pieces of meat, depending on if you want one large piece on your lamb kabobs or two smaller pieces of lamb meat on your lamb skewers. For the best results, I recommend dividing them in to two sections.
Mold each section of meat around a skewer. If you want two pieces, separate them 1-2 inches apart.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grill grate lightly (you can also use a grill pan on your stovetop or an indoor grill). Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook forĀ 3-5 more minutes.
You can eat them just like this, or you can serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
