Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella
  • italian seasoning to taste
  • 5 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Layer tomato sauce, eggs, italian seasoning, mozzarella and pepperonis in a small baking dish. 

  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
