About the Host

Hi, I'm Jessica. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and had two c-sections a year and a half apart. Yet I'm still in the best shape I have ever been in after losing 70lbs! It was not easy and it took time, but I want to show you just how I did it by providing you with daily motivation and advice until it has been long enough for you to have formed new, healthy habits.  

If I could become my most "fit" self while recovering from c-sections, working full time and raising two babies, so can you! And I will guide you through the process :)
